We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. We deliver in the United Kingdom.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

1- SHIPPING COST AND TAX

 

We do not charge any membership.

We have different shipping rates for each product. The shipping cost is stated on the product page and varies. Shipping cost is also displayed on the cart and checkout pages. We  offer shipping at the following rates:

We use Royal Mail for deliveries. Every SIM card is sent by Special Delivery. Free of charge! 1-2 Day

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
 

2- TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY
 

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

  • Order Handling Time: 0 – 1 days (Monday – Saturday)

  • Order Transit Time: 1 – 2 days (Monday – Saturday)
     

3- DELIVERY TERMS
 

We use Royal Mail to deliver the products.
 

4- Who is responsible for the cost of the return shipping?

If you receive an incorrect item, an item you did not order, or if there is some problem or fault with the item, we will cover the cost of return postage. If the item is no longer required by you, you don’t like it, or you have any other problem that is not related to our service or the product, then you will need to pay for postage and return charges.
 

5- CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once the ordered product is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@prestigemobilenumbers.com or Call Us at +447512521512
 

6- CANCELLATIONS
 

If you change your mind before you receive your order, We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
 

7- DAMAGED PARCELS IN TRANSIT
 

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
 

8- WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
